I recently departed from the Frontier Airlines MIA Terminal and was happily surprised by the entire experience. The terminal was straightforward to explore, check-in was quick, and the personnel were pleasant and supportive. Security was faster than I anticipated, and there were several good food choices by the gate. Although it may not offer a luxurious experience, it certainly fulfills its purpose effectively, particularly for a low-cost airline. The signs were evident, and I valued the cleanliness of the entire environment. The MIA Terminal for Frontier Airlines offered an easy and calming beginning to my journey for a budget airline.
