The staff even printed everything out in large font and reviewed it with them one-on-one, answering every question clearly and kindly. They also made sure to seat them together and offered helpful advice on the best times to fly to avoid airport crowds. It’s rare to find such compassion in customer service these days. The experience at the Allegiant Air office in Spain was reassuring for both my parents and me. We all left with peace of mind and great appreciation for their attentive service.
