"Клавишу,шлейф проверял на других планшетах" - проверить можно сам толкатель. 

Возможно проблема в самой плате.

Я  как-то долго не мог понять, почему у меня кнопка убавления громкости не работала. Чего только не делал. Оказалось, что туда просто грязь попала
